Compact, agricultural-spec, hammer-flail topper.
This is new & specialist kit. Hammer flails are traditionally seen attached to tractors. Sharpened, hinged, cast-iron hammers rotate on a cylinder. Engineered to cut and mulch stems, forgiving over uneven terrain or if encountering objects such as stumps & roots etc. Alfonso Stella has taken 28 years of involvement in some of the best equipment on the market and brought it all together under his own name, the Stella Racoon.
The Racoon is a pocket rocket. It has all the punch of a tractor topper, but in a micro-sized bundle. It is therefore able to access areas where a tractor can't. Woodland paths, gardens, yards, footpaths etc.
Where it differs from strimming, is that it is significantly faster over the ground being 110cm wide. Also, where strimming leaves bundles of cuttings, the Racoon's flails mulch the cuttings and return them to the soil as a natural fertiliser.
